  • 1 oz Mezcal (smokey)
  • 2 oz Vodkow Chocolate Cream
  • ½ oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Spice Syrup
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon, Cocoa and White Sugar

Instructions

  1. Shake liquid on ice
  2. Rim glass with ground cinnamon, cocoa and sugar
  3. Strain into rimmed rocks glass

Syrup Instructions

  1. Boil water
  2. Mix 1/2 orange rind, 1 two-inch cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, 4 slices of ginger and 1 tsp. black peppercorn in 1 cup of hot water
  3. Steep for 10 min and strain
  4. Stir 1 cup of hot flavoured water with 1 cup of white sugar until melted; let cool
  5. Syrup will keep in fridge for two weeks
