Gingerbread White Russian



  • Prep Time: 30 mins

Gingerbread Syrup

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Gingerbread White Russian

  • 1 oz Vodkow
  • 1 ½ oz Equator North Star Espresso
  • 1-2 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 2 oz Half & Half
  • Garnish: cinnamon sticks and gingerbread cookies


Gingerbread Syrup

  1. In a medium pot, combine 11/3 cups water, honey, molasses, ginger and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 3-5 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla. Let it cool. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Gingerbread White Russian

  1. Rim rocks glass with crushed gingerbread cookies and fill with ice.
  2. Fill shaker with ice.
  3. Add Vodkow, Espresso, Gingerbread Syrup, and half and half to shaker.
  4. Shake for 5 seconds.
  5. Strain shaker contents into prepared rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a ginger bread cookie.
