This espresso inspired holiday cocktail has been created by the incredibly creative queen of sustainable cocktails, Kelsey Ramage. Not a fan of eggnog, this creamy cocktail exemplifies her nod to the holidays.

Kelsey's Winter Cream Holiday Cocktail

  • Prep Time: 10 mins


  • 1 oz Vodkow Cream
  • 1 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • 5 tsp Cinnamon Syrup
  • ¾ oz Espresso
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 dash Bob's Ginger Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin, lock & dry shake
    2. Add loads of ice to tin and shake hard
    3. Double strain into a coupette and garnish with a touch of bitters & dusting of nutmeg

    Syrup instructions

    1. Crunch up 1 cinnamon stick (4g) and add to a small pan with 1 cup of water
    2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on
    3. Strain water from cinnamon and measure its weight (should be about 150g left)
    4. Add the same weight in sugar and stir to dissolve; let cool
    5. Syrup will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge
