Snowcap Café au Lait

This Snowcap Café au Lait created by Yvonne Langen of Taste and Tipple is a kind of hybrid of an Espresso Martini and a White Russian. She wanted to use both Vodkow and Vodkow Cream to create a dessert-like drink experience.

  • 2 oz Vodkow
  • 1 oz Vodkow Cream
  • 1 ½ oz cold brew coffee
  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup


  • ½ whipped cream optional
  • ½ ground cinnamon


  1. Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  2. Top with whipped cream and a cinnamon sprinkle
