  • 1 oz Vodkow Cream
  • 1 oz chai tea-infused Vodkow
  • 1 oz fresh pulled espresso
  • ½ oz agave syrup (2:1 syrup; adjust sweetness as desired)
  • Garnish with cinnamon dust (optional)

Instructions

Chai Tea-Infused Vodkow

  1. Take 250ml of Vodkow and add 1 bag of black chai tea.
  2. Let infuse for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove tea bag and squeeze our excess liquid.

Agave Syrup

  1. Take 100ml agave nectar and stir in 50ml hot water until completely integrated.

Preparing the Martini

  1. Combine Vodkow Cream, chai tea Vodkow, fresh pulled espresso and agave syrup into a shaker tin, pack with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe and garnish with cinnamon dust (optional), or drink as is. Drink should be frothy.
