Vodkow Strawberry Absinthe Cream Shake

This unique take on a strawberries and cream recipe is filled with tropical flavour and has a boost of anise notes from the addition of local absinthe. Vodkow Strawberry Absinthe Cream Shake

  • 3 scoops Pineapple Ice Cream
  • 1 ½ oz Vodkow Cream
  • ¼ oz Local Absinthe
  • 1 ½ tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
  • Strawberry slices (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender, blend together pineapple ice cream and Vodow Cream on low until smooth.
  2. Add strawberry jam, honey and absinthe, and pulse to break up the jam. Blend on medium speed until smooth. (Absinthe can be eliminated if desired)
  3. Pour into a pre-chilled glass and garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
