Ingredients

  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • ¾ cups good quality instant coffee
  • 2 vanilla beans
  • 4 cups Vodkow
  • 2 large bottles or jars

    • Instructions

    1. In a sauce pan combine both sugars and water.
    2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat, stir in instant coffee.
    4. Let cool.
    5. Split vanilla beans lengthwise and scrape seeds into mixture. Placing one pod in each bottle/jar.
    6. Pour Vodkow into mixture and stir.
    7. Pour mixture into bottles/jars.
    8. Close bottles/jars tightly. Store in a cool dark place.
