  • 2 oz Vodkow vodka infused with "Your Mum's Garden" Infusion kit
  • 1 oz Chai infused simple syrup*
  • ¾ oz Apple cider
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Egg whites
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 2 dases Mole bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  2. Fill half of the shaker with ice
  3. Shake for 30-60 seconds
  4. Using a cocktail strainer. Pour into a rocks glass with ice
  5. Garnish with a dried or fresh apple slice, grated nutmeg, & cinnamon stick

Notes

Start with a batch of Chai infused simple syrup: 1 cup sugar & 1 cup boiling water. Steep with a chai teabag. Let it cool and remove teabag.
