Vodkow Maple Cream Fizz

  • 1 ½ oz Vodkow Sugar Shack Maple Cream
  • ½ oz whisky
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • 1 oz whipping cream
  • ¾ oz pasteurized egg white
  • 3 drops orange bitters
  • 3 oz premium soda

Instructions

  1. In a high powered blender, blend together all ingredients but soda on high until smooth and velvety in texture.
  2. Add 2 oz of crushed ice and blend again until ice has melted.
  3. Alternative method: add all ingredients but soda into a shaker tin and dry shake without ice for 10-15 seconds. Add 2 oz of crushed ice and shake until ice has melted (about 30-40 seconds).
  4. Pour into chilled tall collins glass and slowly top with soda. Garnish with paper straw/stir stick for easy stirring.
